View Article  First Members Surgery

Place Osborne Hotel

In attendance, Executive Members, Simon Lever, Roy Sundholm ,Adam Millward,

Gordon Oliver and members, representing eight hotels.

The subject of online booking provided an interesting subject of the first THA members surgery.

With the internet in general, and online booking in particular now playing such a crucial part of attracting new business, the open exchange of information between all participants proved a helpful and rewarding experience for all involved.

All attendees agreed that it had been a useful and enjoyable exercise and would be happy to continue and expand these surgeries.

A suggestion for the next surgery was buying, but as usual we are open to all legal suggestions.
